‘The Lincoln Collection’ unveiled in commemoration of Siemens’ influence in engineering

Lincoln University students have been working on something that has garnered the name ‘The Lincoln Collection’. This piece of art is in honor of Siemens’ long-standing influence and role in the engineering community. The collection was unveiled at Teal Park.

Neil Corner, managing director of Siemens in Lincoln, said, “The idea was to bring some colour to our walls and widen our collaboration with the University of Lincoln to other subject areas as we already have great collaboration with the School of Engineering for example. The aim was to translate our gas turbines business, heritage and involvement in the community into poster art to decorate our offices and welcome areas for our employees and customers to enjoy. The students did a great job and the results are fantastic. We wish them well as they finish their degrees and go on to develop their careers.”
