The Lucid Air dropped many jaws when it was unveiled by electric car company, Lucid Motors, in December 2016.
Gorgeously designed by the folks over in Menlo Park, California, the Air pitches itself as a luxury electric car. With a starting price of $60,000, the slick-looking car packs 400 horsepower, a 240-mile range, two trunks, power front seats, LED headlights, four screens and “all hardware necessary for autonomous driving.” Even though only 255 will be made, Lucid Air will present itself as a major competitor against Tesla, whose 218-mile Tesla Model S60 starts at $68,000.
