The most accurate and realistic moon lamp ever

If you’re fascinated by everything and anything related to the Moon, then this creative lamp by Oscar Lhermitte is calling your name.

The product designer created the neat little lamp called “MOON” in collaboration with design studio Kudu. Sitting in at a 1:20 million scale, the globe was measured precisely using data obtained from NASA right down to every little crater. A round light, mimicking the sun, rotates around the MOON creating realistic shadows atop the surface. You can choose from three settings and position the Moon wherever you want. Interestingly, MOON’s computer system has the same amount of memory as the computers aboard the Apollo 11 spacecraft.
