In a survey done by GetResponse, an online marketing platform, 1000 people revealed the most passive-aggressive sounding phrases they’ve heard or used in emails. You’d be surprised at the phrase that made it to the top! I was shocked because I sometimes used them without wanting to sound passive-aggressive.
