These 3D paper sculptures sell like hotcakes because who wouldn’t buy this brilliant gift idea?

Luciana Frigerio is a photographer from Norwich, Vermont who has been taking black and white photos for the last 20 years. However, we’ll focus on another type of art that she’s into creating lately. This artist loves books! And by that, we don’t mean she reads them.

She folds them page by page to create 3D paper sculptures. It takes her about two to four hours to finish creating an average piece. According to her, the perfect kind of book for this purpose is a used one that still looks nice and clean and with a straight binding.

These sculptures have been selling fast for the last five years. She has already sent out more than 5000 books worldwide. To see the rest of her finished products, check out her shop on Etsy. Also, visit her Facebook and photography website.
