Awaiting the arrival of a loved one at an airport is usually pretty exciting, unless their flight lands at some unholy hour of the morning when no human being is really even capable of being amped up. Under normal circumstances, pretty exciting. Waiting for them to leave the airplane and walk through to the Arrivals area isn’t even the hard part, though — it’s trying to actually find them among the sea of other people. So to avoid that headache, typically the folks doing the waiting will make signs to flag their person down. And hey, that’s fine! It’s not great, it’s kind of boring if you ask me, but it gets the job done — most of the time.

But if you want to really be sure that you’re impossible to miss, you’re gonna have to go bigger than just a cardboard sign.

Why not, oh, I dunno, wear a giant dinosaur costume instead?
