Probably nothing bad, if I’m being very honest. Eggs have developed a bad reputation over the years for no good reason whatsoever. People are wary of the fat or cholesterol in the yolks, encourages others to stay away from the demon protein. The fact of the matter is that eggs are really not all that bad for you!
