This company will compensate you – well, its employees for taking care of their own cat. Ferray Corporation, a Tokyo-based IT company has a neko teate (“cat compensation”) system – where employees with a rescue cat receives an extra 5,000 yen (US$46) to help them with pet expenses.

The rationale behind this system is from when one of the company’s employees adopted a rescue cat, and other employees started having their own rescue cats. Not only does a company let its employees’ pets to accompany them to work, but gives compensation as help for pet expenses? Now that’s a dream company to work for!
