Warming up is quite essential to getting into the zone – don’t force yourself to start your best best best drawing right away, give yourself adequate time to get into the motion of drawing/painting.
Hands might be something difficult at first, but perhaps you could instead draw little cubes or spheres and shade them in. Anything to warm up!
