Vibrantly collaged digital portraits of contemporary hip-hop artists

Geoff Kim is a designer and illustrator living in New York whose collages of contemporary hip-hop artists give an unusual edge to their urban flow. Rappers and R&B stars like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Tyler The Creator, Janelle Monae, Iggy Azalea, Nas, Pharrell Williams and more are inserted into cut-outs from ’70s National Geographic magazines, found images, digitally manipulated patterns, and reemerge in a whole new light as colorful, psychedelic collages.
