What superheroes do when they’re not fighting crime

The constant barrage of comic book films coming out has certainly formed in our minds an almost sentient image of our favorite heroes.

Illustrator Greg Guillemin is now challenging that near-perfect personification of superheroes by giving them human-like flaws. His ongoing series, “The Secret Life of Heroes”, aims to show us just what our beloved characters get up to when they’re not fighting crime or doing villainous things. According to Guillemin, when not on the job, Spider-Man eats a massive hamburger, Captain America consumes Viagra pills, and Wolverine files his nails.
