As an American with an expired passport, I guessed that I couldn’t go anywhere outside the U.S. these days. I was wrong! But even more surprising, this video from Half as Interesting isn’t just about Americans. If you are French, you could technically go halfway around the world and land on an island without a passport -if there were a practical way to get there without going to another country first.
