Eric Van Nynatten is a photographer based in Brooklyn, New York. He is well known for his cinematic urban photographs. During recent years, he has captured atmospheric images on cold winter nights in New York City. In 2017 and 2018, he gravitated towards colorful light sources at evening time to find reflections and light strong enough to illuminate the snow as it fell.
