Content creator Kristina Zias is a size XL/XXL, and she’s on a mission to find clothes that are the right fit for her. To help other women navigate the complex maze of apparel sizing, Kristina also shows off how she looks in the pieces she buys. This often comes in the form of comparing the outfit with her friends who have different body types.
Together, they shop at Zara, Aritzia, and other popular places, and the contrast of the finished look, even though they’re supposed to give off the same vibe, often shows that the same clothing can appear differently on various body types.

Every now and then, Kristina receives a mean comment, but she doesn’t let the nasty words get to her. “The only way you can become more confident is by embracing your insecurities,” Kristina says in one of her TikToks. “For me, I’ve always been so insecure about my stomach. And then I realized, ‘Guess what? I can show up in a low-rise bikini, let my belly hang out, show my stretch marks, and the world is not going to end.’ And if anyone has a problem with my stomach, well f**k them. That says a lot more about them than me.”
Most of the reactions to her videos, however, are positive, with many thanking Kristina for representing them and speaking up about the struggles of clothes shopping.
