Living in the 21st century is tough, especially for cat lovers. With cats taking over the Internet how are we supposed to keep track of them all? It is inevitable that some will be forgotten in history. Pop Chart Lab doesn’t want to see the iconic cats of the world buried by decadent Internet feline culture so they have created a new poster called “The Field Guide to Famous Felines.”
This poster is hand-illustrated in a minimal style and features all of your favorite historical kitty friends. At first glance I spy Tigger, Pink Panther, Tony, and Garfield. “The Field Guide to Famous Felines” feels like an archival ode to the pre-Internet cat. Do think Grumpy Cat deserves a spot on this beautiful poster?…or does he get enough attention?
