Join Andell Family Sundays in person on LACMA’s campus and be creative, discover new art, make memories, and have fun!
Open your heart and create: making art is a wonderful way to express our emotions. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and, with that in mind, Andell Family Sundays found inspiration in the exhibition Another World: The Transcendental Painting Group, 1938–1945 and developed workshops to help visitors of all ages decompress and express. Join artist Bianca Argueta for soothing watercolor painting, and create picture poems with artist Karl Petion and poet Brendan Constantine.
Workshops take place on Sunday, May 7, 21, and 28.
