…I could only find them being sold online in parsimonious packages of five, suggesting they’re for novelty rather than institutional use.
The kit comes with five Smiley Screws and three tools: The smiley driver, a manual drill and for some reason, a Philips head.
It’s a shame these aren’t widespread; I do think they’d put a smile on people’s faces when they’re sitting inside a public restroom stall.
