Art made of 14,000 shimmering recycled eyeglass lenses

Artists Caitlind R.C. Brown and Wayne Garrett combined 14,000 used eyeglass lenses into a kinetic sculpture that was installed on the Pera Museum in Istanbul. In the piece sea/see/saw, the collection of lenses is framed into a single, large-scale lens with the individual components shimmering and dancing in the wind. The lenses were sourced from Canadian Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centre who were unable to recycle them.
