Black Industrial Designers Talk About Race and Design, Part 1

Over the weekend, ID professor Hector Silva livestreamed a Zoom meeting with black industrial designers to discuss design and race. On the call was Kevin Bethune, Founder and CCO of think tank dreams • design + life; Jasmine Kent, Run Apparel Designer for Under Armour; and Spencer Nugent, Founder of Sketch a Day.

For 90 minutes, the trio answered important and difficult questions posed by viewers. Stay tuned for Part 2.
