Interestingly enough, it was inspired by the 1930s-era Douglas DC-3, specifically “the structural ribs of the aircraft’s wings,” writes Fahrer.

The DC 3 stool is made from CNC-cut marine-grade plywood. Strangely, it’s on the studio’s Instagram page but nowhere to be found on their website.
