Illustrator Jason Polan likes to collect things. By creating montage drawings, he captures and preserves many of the the strange and interesting objects that he sees while living in New York City. The drawings include collections of rocks, dinosaur bones, artworks in the Museum of Modern Art, things he sees in a day, and even a project that is attempting to catalog every person in New York.
Many of the drawing collections have expanded beyond a single sheet of drawings. In fact, the artist has completed over 100 book projects.
