Celebrities At The 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars After Party, As Photographed By Mark Seliger

As usual, Vanity Fair held its annual after-party, which has now become an Oscars tradition. Celebrity photographer Mark Seliger has been in charge of immortalizing the special night of Hollywood’s biggest stars for a decade, gathering them for intimate portraits in his exclusive studio.

Whether they wanted to show off their brand-new statue or stunning party look, Seliger captured them in all their glory.

During the event—held at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts—celebrities had the chance to celebrate and discuss the highlights of the ceremony, which, in all likelihood, included Ryan Gosling’s electric performance of I’m Just Ken in a pink suit.

Ahead, Bored Panda takes a look at some of the most fascinating portraits by Mark Seliger. Be sure to check out last year’s photos here.

#1 Emma Stone

Emma changed into a silver Louis Vuitton gown to celebrate her big win.

The 35-year-old star took home the award for Best Actress for her performance of Bella Baxter in Poor Things.

This marked her second Oscar. In 2017, she received the same award for her role as Mia Dolan in La La Land.

The British filmmaker was finally able to lift up the Academy Award 22 years after his first nomination.

Nolan earned the Best Director Oscar for his work in Oppenheimer, which was also awarded the Best Picture title. His wife, producer Emma Thomas, accepted the award, admitting to the crowd that she had dreamed about receiving the statue for a long time.

#3 Billie Eilish

On Sunday (March 10), Billie made history, becoming the youngest person to win two Academy Awards.

The 22-year-old singer and her brother, Finneas, won the Best Original Song Oscar for Barbie’s “What Was I Made For?”. The siblings also delighted viewers with a wonderful performance of the ballad.

The talented duo earned their first Oscar in 2022, also for Best Original Song, for “No Time to Die,” from the 2021 James Bond movie of the same name.

#4 Da’Vine Joy Randolph

The singer-turned-actress received her first Academy Award for her performance as a grieving mother in The Holdovers.

“I didn’t think I was supposed to be doing this as a career. I started off as a singer, but my mother said, ‘Go across that street to the theater department. There’s something for you there,’” Da’Vine said during her heartfelt acceptance speech.
