Cubist-style portraits pay homage to Frida Kahlo, Keith Haring, and Dali

Artist Miguel Ángel Belinchón began as a practitioner of photorealism but by 2016, he tastes had transitioned into something more Cubism-inspired.

The Spanish artist also known as “Belin” elongates his subjects’ necks and segments their faces to mimic a style normally seen in Picasso’s works. Through his paintings, Belin pays homage to painters like Frida Kahlo, Keith Haring, and Dali.
