…is simply a series of curving lanes, each, you guessed it, the requisite two meters apart.
As for how people avoid running into someone going the other way, it appears the lanes are one-way, and that you’re meant to close a gate behind you to indicate occupancy. According to Arch Daily,
Visitors are guided by parallel lanes throughout the maze-like undulating landscape, each having a gateway on the entrance and exit, to indicate if the 600m long path is occupied or free to stroll.
COVID-19 aside, a park featuring a maze that’s easy to reach the center of, and easy to get out of, will likely have strong appeal for some.
