AirBNB has announced a design competition to create a kooky rental structure—that they’ll fund, to the tune of $100,000, for you to build and rent out on their platform. They’re pledging $10 million in total, so “One hundred people with the craziest ideas will receive $100,000 each to make their creations possible and, ultimately, bookable.”
The company is seeking more custom for their OMG! Category, which boasts weird but technically habitable structures that are apparently growing in popularity among vacationers. Some examples of existing places you can rent:

Tenants must be willing to outrun Navy pilots
A house you have to mow
Sole occupancy
A sub optimal experience
