“Good ideas glow in the dark.” That’s the title and inspiration for the clever annual reports book created for the investment company Adris. As a metaphor for the company’s knack at making good investments, their annual reports book is blank in normal light and can only be discovered by thinking outside the box and searching in the darkness.
Two Croatian designers, Bruketa & Žinić executed the design which was displayed theatrically at a media festival where the lights were turned on and off in short intervals. In darkness, the words on the cover and spine of the book glow steadily, helping one to discern the object among the many other books in the library.
