This is one of those things that I feel signifies a luxurious moment in human history where we have harnessed nature to fit into our lives functionally and beautifully. Simin Qiu, a brilliant student at the London Royal College of Art, has developed this concept for an environmentally-friendly faucet that elegantly weaves strings of water into beautiful designs. When the faucet is turned on, a complex mechanism inside spins the water in what looks like fancy glassware patterns.
Not only is this unique design elegant, it conserves water too. Qiu developed the product to use 15% less water than your average faucet. This conservative-friendly design is an improvement on the everyday faucet in style and technology.
