A modern and minimalist villa situated on a hillside property in Pamplona, Spain.
The team of Pereda Pérez Arquitectos has designed this modern home in the historic city of Pamplona in Spain. Comprised of two opposing volumes, the sloping shape of the house adapts perfectly to the sloping terrain. Only the upper volume can be viewed from the street. It contains the main living area as well as kitchen and dining areas. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows ensure sufficient sunlight throughout the entire space. The lower level, which is not visible from the street, includes more private areas like bedrooms and bathrooms. Below you can see a few images of the house.
