This unusual Wheeled Brute Container, by Rubbermaid’s Commercial division, adds handtruck functionality to the incumbent garbage can form factor.

The wheeled garbage bins that populate American driveways offer similar functionality…
…but Rubbermaid’s designers have placed the handles at a more ergonomic height, providing better leverage for heavy loads. (There’s also a little kickplate area, but I don’t know that it offers much help.) Also note the little plastic ears to hold bags in place.
If you’re wondering why Rubbermaid’s design is cylindrical, unlike the suburban garbage bins, it’s because this thing was designed for abuse on construction sites:
It comes in 32 and 44 gallon sizes, and the company says they can haul 180 lbs..
