Stratasys Announces New "Office-Friendly 3D Printer for Designers"

Hot on the heels of announcing their mid-volume J826, Stratasys has announced they’ve got another new 3D printer coming out: The J55, a five-material machine with a compact footprint and “office-friendly” features like a quiet motor and smell-free operation thanks to an air extractor.

The company is billing the J55 as “an affordable option for maximum designer output,” costing “about a third of the price of enterprise-class PolyJet™ printers.”
