Taylor Holland has been creating these sweet frames to explore technological methods juxtaposed with physical reality.
The Paris-based American artist created FRAMES, a series of sculptures in the form of frames. Each piece starts out digitally before making its way onto a custom mold. Holland says, “Fra[mes] is a collaboration between algorithm, artist, and master craftsman, which not only bridges the gap between digital media and old-world craftsmanship, but gives the computer an equal hand in the creative process.”
