Great Big Story sat down with Elizabeth Sweetheart to talk about her obsession with the color green.
The Brooklyn-based artist lives in a home filled with green-colored everything from cutlery to furniture and clothing. She’s even been named, “The Green Lady” as a result. But she embraces the name citing the joy it brings to others.

Sweetheart says, “When you are young you tend to think you look good in black, but as you get older you realize that color is so fun. I will continue to be green because it is so positive. I think when it is not, then I’ll change to my next favorite thing.”
