Architect/designers Kyoko Inoda and Nils Sveje have also designed a companion Kunst armchair, equally eye-catching.

Both the chair and sofa are in production by Karimoku, the leading manufacturer of wooden furniture in Japan. Wood choices for the Kunst line are Oak, Walnut or Wenge, and the pieces can be upholstered in either fabric or leather.
