Most of us have heard of Madonna, right? She is a fashion and music icon and a great inspirational figure to many people around the world. Madonna is one of the most influential people out there and is often referred to as ‘The Queen of Pop.’
Well, if Madonna is the Queen, then this golden retriever Max is ‘The Pup of Pop.’ Max and his owner Vincent decided they would work on a project together—recreating Madonna’s most famous photos and music covers. Vincent is a photographer and Max is a great model, although he does only get paid in treats.

In a previous interview for Bored Panda, Vincent told us: “These pictures, between the shoots, the homemade costumes, the training took me 8 months to do. I am a big fan of Madonna, these pictures I’m doing with Max are tributes to artists that I love and respect. It’s a break between my commercial work, that is bringing me to the simple pleasure of pure creation, love, and happiness.” In this article there are even more recreation pictures, so we see that Vincent and Max are not slowing down!

Vincent also shared how he gets Max to be so comfortable with the wardrobe, wigs, hats, and all other props they use: “Everything is like a game for him so yes, for example, if he needs a hat for a picture, I buy it weeks before and we play with it like if it’s one of his pet toys. And so it’s ‘normal’ and fun for him when we shoot for real weeks later.”

Vincent said that Max is always his priority. He never makes him do what he doesn’t want to. This project is all fun and games and you can be sure that Max is a happy and loved dog that has a loving owner and has fun doing these photoshoots.
