Using a strange technique related to pointillism, Bradley Hart is giving us a new perspective of famous works of art. To recreate iconic works Hart fills thousands of bubble-wrap bubbles with acrylic paint. The aesthetic ends up looking similar to pointillism, but what happens next is the particularly interesting result of his process…

After meticulously injecting each bubble with paint, there is some excess that drips through the back. The excess paint forms a striking second image of what appears to be a melting rendition of the original with blended colors, drips and distorted details.
