Kontiki—Woodprint Font Family

Kontiki, a handmade woodprint font family by Felix Braden.

Felix Braden, a German graphic designer and founder of Floodfonts, has created the Kontiki typeface in 2018. Based on the classic Clarendon style, Kontiki has been crafted by hand using the woodprint technique. To create this unique font family, Felix Braden manually cut all of the 193 glyphs into five wooden plates and carefully printed them by hand. After countless test prints, the most charming four versions were selected and digitized. This typeface is a great choice for designers who want to create something that looks extremely close to traditional woodprints. Kontiki is a great choice for packaging, editorial work, and corporate design. For further information on all features, just follow the link below.
