From what I can tell, it uses an ordinary roll of electrical tape.
It doesn’t seem like it would offer a particularly hardy connection, but this would surely be useful for cable management. It would be less wasteful and faster than using zip-ties, assuming you could get that large hammer-headed tool into the spaces you’re working in.
I was unable to locate this tool anywhere on Kuvalda’s Russian-language website, even with machine translation on. If any of our Russian readers are able to provide a link, we’d be much obliged.
