The VP House has been designed and completed by architect Luciano Kruk (website) in 2015. It is situated in Costa Esmeralda, a beautiful seaside neighborhood 13 km north of the city of Pinamar and 4 hours away from Buenos Aires. The area is characterized by natural sandy dunes and pines. The concrete house was designed for a client who asked for a summer home for his family with all common features, which also allow it to be rented out. Please read the full article here.

Blend Station is a new coffee shop placed in the heart of Mexico City’s Condesa neighborhood. The design team of studio Futura (website) was asked to develop a unique brand identity concept. They came up with an identity experience that pays attention to different facets such as the coffee’s origin, roasting methods, drinking rituals, the ceramics where all different blends will be poured and how every meal should be presented. Elías Rizo and Alejandro Rizo of Elíaszizo Arquitectos (website) have been commissioned to design a unique weekend house for a bachelor on the top of a steep cliff overlooking the forest near Tapalpa, JAL, Mexico. The project allowed an open relationship between architectural space and the natural surroundings. You can see more here.
