Cataclysms ravage the planet in Russian designer and digital artist Evgeny Kazantsev’s new series called ‘Cataclysm Happens.’ In the digitally painted images, unforeseen natural disasters dramatically wipe out centuries of progress.
Famous places and landmarks play victim to earthquakes, tsunamis and even ice storms. Even their lasting effects are depicted, such as Italy’s canals drying up as a result of a scorching heat wave.
