Iven Kawi‘s cakes are extraordinarily ornate, to the point where they can serve more as showpieces than edible items.
The Jakarta-based pastry chef first attempted baking in December 2013, when she made Christmas cookies for her daughter. Four years on, Kawi runs a bakery shop out of her house in Lippo Karawaci.
