Chances are, it’ll get you more info on them than a car with tinted windows could provide in a week. Imgur user PleasantSirPrize, for example, found their family’s physician on Twitter and the guy turned out to be hysterical. He’s constantly joking about mindless patients and everyday hospital life, and they wouldn’t have gotten that if they had been creeping up on him using the old methods. Running a license plate only takes you so far.
