Filfury is the moniker of Phil Robson, an award-winning Australian graphic designer, artist and director who is best known for his “sneaker art.” Using a combination of photography and graphic design, Robson creates objects formed out of various parts of sneakers.
The Sydney-based artist unleashes his sneaker obsession through his creative renderings of colorful athletic shoes that are turned into skulls, butterflies, and beetles in imaginative and playful ways. He has also done commercial work for the likes of Nike, Adidas, Reebok and more.
