The title track of a new EP from the band Makeunder called, “the Headless Blank,” has an awesome music video thanks to Carine Khalife.
The video utilizes the paint-on-glass method in which each frame is illuminated from behind before being photographed. This technique was popularized by Russian animator Aleksandr Petrov. Khalife pushes stop-motion animation into new territory as each frame allows the film to translate into three-dimensional figures using claymation.
