Around 1997, Ptolemy Elrington, an English sculptor, reclaimed hubcaps, car bumpers and some other scrap metal he would find on the side of the road. He recycled all of it, turning it into beautiful sculptures of animals. In order to to this he had teach himself to use the MIG welder. He definitely rose to the challenge.
