Whimsical stop motion video follows the antics of plasticine

You can’t help but feeling mesmerized by this new claymation by Brazilian animator Diego Akel. It’s that good!

Brilliantly synced to whimsical piano tunes, the stop-motion animation follows the antics of a ball-like thing as it evolves (and devolves) into different forms. The claymation, called Fluxos, according to Akel, is “an essay about the constant flows of life, a self-portrait of its own process, an improvise [sic] on Bach, an investigation on plasticine.”

Watch Fluxos below, and visit Akel’s website for more awesome projects!
